Every two years Visit England come to the University to assess the quality of our conference accommodation.
The Visit England assessment team visit more than 30,000 accommodation businesses to check the levels of services and facilities. At each visit, every aspect of a venue’s offer is thoroughly inspected.
This year we retained our 4 star award, which recognises the high standards Residential and Conference Services uphold in everything from cleanliness of rooms to the information we have on the website.
However, this year we were also delighted to find out that we have additionally been given a ROSE Award. This VisitEngland award is given annually to 100 businesses that go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.
