Our experienced chefs offer a wide choice of freshly made seasonal dishes to suit all of your catering requirements. Recognising that each event is unique, menus can be personalised to meet your needs.
Our menus are designed to ensure that we make use of the fantastic range of local produce from the region, from cheeses and meats to vegetables and fruit grown on nearby farms. We only use free range eggs and all our fish is purchased from an accredited MSC supplier. We serve Fairtrade tea and coffee, and mineral water which provides funds for clean water projects in Africa.
Manchester Metropolitan University is accredited by SRA – Food Made Good and has been awarded Silver in the Free from Eating Out Awards to recognise work around allergy awareness.
