GROW Café is a collaboration between the University Catering Team and MetMunch.
With alternative diets becoming increasingly popular, GROW offers a meat free, nutritious alternative diet that is also more sustainable and low carbon.
Beyond being a café though, GROW is also a space to share ideas, collaborate or just relax and take time out.
Grow is located in our Business School North Atrium and is open from 8am until 4pm Monday – Friday.

We have also use the skills and expertise of the team behind GROW to create a range of salads and baguettes, perfect for small to medium sized events, and a GROW hot fork buffet for larger conferences lunches.
All of these menus are nutritionally balanced, vegetarian and perfect to keep delegates concentration and energy levels high.
