Manchester Metropolitan University to host Tissue and Cell Engineering Society Annual Conference 2017

Manchester Metropolitan University Conference and Events will host the Tissue and Cell Engineering Society (TCES) Annual Meeting from 5th to 7th July2017 in the Business School on the Manchester campus.

TCES aims to promote scientific information, stimulate the creation of research programmes, co-operate with other scientific organisations, and act as a source of expert information related to tissue and cell engineering.

The three day event will bring together the UK research community in cell and tissue engineering, with national and international speakers. For the first time this year, the British Association of Tissue Banking (BATB) will be joining and offering a pre-conference workshop. The conference will showcase the latest advances in tissue engineering and biobanking.

The spacious exhibition atrium and multiple lecture theatres in the Business School will accommodate the conference poster sessions, prize presentation, panel session and keynote speakers. Topics covered include Cardiac and Vascular tissue Engineering; 3-D Printing, Biomaterials and Biomechanics.

Registration and hotel information as well details about the social events taking place during the conference can be found online: http://www2.mmu.ac.uk/shs/about-us/events/tces-2017/
