The Benzie Building was used as a Hub for over 500 sketchers from around the world during the 7th Annual Urban Sketchers Symposium 27 – 30 July. Many of the sketchers stayed in our Townhouse accommodation at the Birley site, which meant they were five minutes’ walk away from the Hub. “Student accommodation is a blast! Where can I sign in to study here?” commented one delegate on Facebook, and similarly positive feedback came from many of the other delegates.
The event culminated in a party in Benzie on Saturday night, with delegates and friends celebrating the success of the symposium.
